Job summary

Karat, the world's largest interviewing company for technical hiring, is seeking a senior communications leader to oversee all messaging across external, internal, executive, and crisis situations. The role is fully remote within the United States and reports to the CEO.

You will guide media relations, partner with PR agencies, and craft strategic communications that support growth and inclusivity. A track record of Executive communications and high-stakes crisis management is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage cross-channel communications across external and internal stakeholders.
• Experience advising C-suite and leading PR agency partnerships.
