Location

Based in Charlotte, NC, with a requirement to work onsite at our Charlotte office.

Role Importance

The Senior Director of Client Success will be a strategic leader responsible for business development and relationship management, expanding our market presence through client acquisition, fostering C-suite relationships, and leading solution-based engagements, including interim placements, executive search, and project consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various service lines.
  • Engage in strategic client conversations to understand needs and demonstrate our value.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face client visits and network actively to enhance visibility.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through tailored solutions and consultative selling.
Practice Leadership & Execution
  • Oversee project portfolios and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure quality execution and resource management.
  • Support the development of sales processes and team mentoring.
Talent & Team Development
  • Interview and build strong consulting teams.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Ensure effective communication and operational excellence through reporting and data management.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years in business development, client services, or consulting, with 3+ years in leadership or client-facing roles.
  • Proven success in new business growth and strategic delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of full-desk recruiting and consultative sales.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience managing P&L and revenue forecasting.
  • Proficiency in CRM (preferably Bullhorn), LinkedIn, and MS Office.
