Job Summary

Join a team of passionate professionals as the Senior Catering Director at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. This role oversees all catering operations—internal and external—across campus, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. Catering runs seven days a week, serving faculty, staff, and students. Perks include free daily meals, paid parking, a cell phone allowance, provided safety shoes, and access to a free campus shuttle to Caltrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train catering staff on service standards, menu presentation, and customer engagement
• Manage event logistics, including labor and food cost tracking
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal and custom menus
• Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of foodservice management experience
• Proven catering leadership experience
