What you'll do

Technical Expertise

  • Build customer trust through deep technical knowledge of the Retarus Transactional E-Mail solution and compellingly present its advantages tailored to individual business requirements.
  • Analyze specific customer needs and develop customized software solutions that address unique business challenges.

Product Demonstrations & Technical Support

  • Deliver professional product demonstrations to clearly showcase the features and added value of our software.
  • Provide training for potential customers and offer technical support during the pre-sales phase to ensure a successful project launch.

Market Analysis

  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor products to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Gather technical customer feedback and communicate it effectively to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.

Development of Sales Strategies

  • Develop and optimize sales strategies based on technical insights and current market analyses to foster sustainable growth.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with technical contacts within customer organizations to ensure stable and successful partnerships.

What you'll need

  • At least 10 years of experience in account management, channel sales, or business development in the B2B software or cloud environment, ideally with a focus on ISVs.
  • Deep understanding of the ISV ecosystem and strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud technologies, and API-driven communication solutions.
  • Expertise in email infrastructures, cloud architectures, and integration processes in software solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles, negotiating with decision-makers, and closing long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to develop data-driven sales strategies and utilize analytical tools to manage performance.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills at C-level, with confidence operating in international markets.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).
