Job summary

Broward College Foundation, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Nursing Administration to lead the College of Nursing. You will collaborate with the Dean to implement the vision, align curricula with standards, and ensure high-quality nursing education across BSN, RN-BSN, ABSN, MSN, DNP, and certificate programs.

The role emphasizes faculty development, clinical partnerships, student success, accreditation support, and effective academic operations in a complex, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing required.
• Doctorate in Nursing or Higher Education preferred.
• Three years teaching experience at the postsecondary level.
• Current FL RN license with no suspension or actions.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication, leadership, budgeting and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership with the Dean to shape goals and drive academic excellence.
• Oversee curriculum development, accreditation readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate clinical placements and simulation-based learning partnerships.
• Monitor student success metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support accreditation activities and ensure quality across all nursing programs.
• Oversee academic scheduling, workload, and resource allocation.
• Engage with external partners and alumni to strengthen program impact.
• Lead cross-program collaboration and implement operational initiatives.
