Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Director of Manufacturing, New Product Introduction near Denver or Long Beach. The role owns how new products are manufactured, translating designs into qualified production lines that deliver quality hardware at rate.

The position builds facilities, teams, and processes, working across engineering, programs, and facilities. It requires 12+ years of manufacturing leadership and a strong engineering background. Hybrid work is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in manufacturing with NPI and ramp leadership.
• Experience standing up multiple production lines/facilities from concept to full-rate production.
• Engineering or hands-on technical background in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the manufacturing approach for new products from design to qualified production lines.
• Develop and mature production processes and equipment for each product line.
• Design and stand up manufacturing and testing facilities for new product introduction.
• Collaborate with Facilities on near- and long-term facility requirements and equipment maintenance.
