You will own end-to-end delivery, defining standards, and driving automation for reliable connectivity and performance across Yale’s environment.

As a leader you will manage cross-functional teams, partner with security and IT, and foster an automation-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale network and data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of SDN, LAN/WAN, and campus networks.
• Experience with disaster recovery design and ITSM processes.
• Ability to drive automation and observability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive network strategy, engineering and transformation across campus.
• Own 24x7 network operations including incident response and performance metrics.
• Lead data center strategy for on-prem and colo/cloud integration.
• Embed resiliency by design and align with DR targets.
• Build unified observability across networks, data centers, and facilities.
