CulinArt Group operates over 250 onsite corporate, higher education, private school, healthcare and destination dining facilities across 18 states. This role manages food service operations, maintaining cost and quality standards to ensure superior service and profit maximization.

The candidate will coordinate Assistant Directors and Operations Managers, develop workflows, implement policies, and supervise safety and sanitation programs while fostering strong relationships with staff, guests,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills
• Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff
• Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the tasks of the Assistant Directors and Operations Managers
• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises functions and activities of the department
• Establishes work standards and work flow
• Establishes and implements policies and procedures for departmental operations
• Directs and conducts safety, sanitation and community maintenance programs
• Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and client as well as other departments within the operation
• Performs other duties as assigned
