Job summary

GN Group, also known for Jabra Hearing, seeks a data-driven Director of Mobile Product to own the Jabra Hearing app roadmap and success metrics. You will influence cross-functional teams—Design, Engineering, QA, Audiology and Care—in a highly collaborative environment and drive outcomes for 100,000+ customers.

You will guide agile processes, analyze data, and ensure regulatory alignment while partnering with GN family to share a unified product vision across platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mobile product management experience.
• Experience and a passion for A/B testing and continuous discovery.
• Strong collaboration with Design, Engineering, QA, Audiology and Customer Experience teams.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, OKRs, and product roadmap for the mobile app.
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute the roadmap and maintain a groomed backlog.
• Extract insights from quantitative data and qualitative user research.
• Lead agile ceremonies to improve delivery processes.
• Ensure FDA compliance as a stakeholder for the app quality system.
• Collaborate with GN family stakeholders to align with future apps and teams.
