Job summary

The Managing Director, Member Relations leads retention, engagement, and service strategies, overseeing a team and partnering with EEI leadership to deliver high-value member experiences across conferences, policy, and operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 15+ years in member relations or client services with team leadership.
• Experience with investor-owned electric utilities or trade associations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IOU member retention strategy.
• Oversee member account management and engagement programs.
• Lead a team of member engagement professionals.
• Coordinate with EEI leadership and other divisions to ensure a unified member experience.
• Monitor member feedback and industry developments to adapt strategies.
