• Understanding of medical devices supply chain and NPI/scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year procurement and category strategy aligned with growth, margin, and continuity goals.
• Deliver total-cost, productivity, working-capital, and innovation improvements.
• Build a scalable supplier network and manage risk across supply chains.
• Lead high-value negotiations and key supplier governance.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams on value.
• Advance procurement transformation, data standards, and analytics.
• Establish KPIs and ensure ethical sourcing and compliance.
