Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Procurement – Shockwave Medica to lead global Circulatory Restoration procurement from Santa Clara, CA. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration, and end-to-end lifecycle management for the next-generation IVL technology in a regulated medical-device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive procurement experience including leadership in complex/global environments.
• Experience building multi-year procurement strategies that create value and resilience.
• Experience leading executive supplier relationships and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year procurement and category strategy aligned with growth, margin, quality, and continuity goals.
• Deliver total-cost, productivity, working-capital, and demand-management improvements.
• Build a scalable supplier network and manage risk across capacity, geopolitics, and quality.
• Lead high-value negotiations and manage supplier relationships and contracts.
• Partner across R&D, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams on design-to-value and scale-up.
