Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Sr. Director, Medical Science Liaison to lead a national MSL team and drive strategic field medical initiatives. You will mentor and coach MSLs, align scientific engagement with clinical objectives, and collaborate with internal partners across clinical research, marketing, and regulatory teams.

Role requires up to 50-75% travel and residence in the central US region. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of industry, clinical and/or medical experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide clarity of vision and expectation for MSL Team.
• Coach performance and development of team members.
• Develop and implement regional field medical strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee MSL congress activities and coordinate with clinical research, marketing, and regulatory teams.
• Ensure alignment with policies, laws, and guidelines.
