EPM Scientific is seeking a Senior Director of Medical Affairs for Hematologic Malignancies, to lead US and Global strategy, translate complex data into medical plans, and manage a high-performing team. Boston preferred, US remote acceptable.

The role focuses on AML, MDS, ALL, and collaboration across Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, with extensive travel and a strong emphasis on medical education and scientific communications.

Formación

• MD/DO/PhD/PharmD required; board eligibility in Medical Oncology or Hematology strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in biopharma Medical Affairs; 5+ years strategic leadership.
• Experience leading Medical Affairs teams in a cross-functional matrix.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute US/Global Medical Affairs strategic plans.
• Serve as enterprise medical authority for hematologic malignancies across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Market Access and Commercial.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, research groups and societies.
• Lead advisory boards and represent the organization at major congresses.
• Identify evidence gaps and support clinical and RWE studies for HCPs and payers.
• Oversee medical education, scientific communications and promotional review for compliance.
• Partner with Field Medical leadership on engagement strategy and scientific training.
• Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance on safety monitoring.

EPM Scientific is partnering with a mission-driven global biopharma advancing cutting-edge oncology therapies for high unmet needs, seeking an experienced Medical Affairs executive to lead the organization's hematologic malignancies portfolio - owning US and Global strategy, translating complex data into actionable medical plans, and managing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute US/Global Medical Affairs strategic plans, ensuring alignment with clinical and commercial priorities
• Serve as the enterprise medical and scientific authority on hematologic malignancies for Clinical Development, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, research groups, and medical societies across the oncology landscape
• Lead advisory boards and represent the organization at major national and international congresses
• Identify evidence gaps and support clinical and RWE studies, translating complex data into meaningful insights for HCPs, payers, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee medical education, scientific communications, and promotional review to ensure compliance and scientific accuracy
• Partner with Field Medical leadership on engagement strategy and scientific training
• Partner with Pharmacovigilance on safety monitoring

Required Skills

• MD, DO, PhD, or PharmD required; MD/DO with board eligibility in Medical Oncology or Hematology strongly preferred
• 10+ years of biopharma experience in Medical Affairs; 5+ years of strategic leadership
• Expertise in hematologic malignancies including AML, MDS, and ALL
• Experience managing Medical Affairs teams and leading in a cross-functional matrix
• Travel up to 60%

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $300K-$350K
• 30% annual bonus
