Job summary

Stellar Health Group is seeking a Director of Clinical Reimbursement – MDS/PDPM to lead reimbursement across multiple skilled nursing facilities in MA and VT. The role emphasizes MDS accuracy, PDPM compliance, and audit readiness while coordinating with MDS coordinators, rehab, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate will drive ADR/TPE/RAC responses, implement standardized processes, and ensure accurate documentation for compliant Medicare Part A stays. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing reimbursement, MDS and PDPM.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and billing.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while coordinating with multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MDS accuracy, PDPM compliance, and case-mix capture across facilities.
• Lead ADR, TPE, and RAC audit responses and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Coordinate reimbursement workflows with clinical, rehabilitation, and finance leadership.
