Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Senior Director, Product Marketing – MarTech to shape the go-to-market strategy for our MarTech suite, including clean rooms, CDPs, loyalty, and email platforms. You will coach a team of product marketers and partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Senior Leadership across Epsilon and Publicis Groupe to differentiate our offerings.

Reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing, you will drive messaging and positioning for innovative MarTech solutions at the data,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Product Marketing, preferably within MarTech.
• Proven track record leading, coaching, and developing a marketing team.
• Solid technical grounding in MarTech solutions (clean rooms, CDPs, loyalty, and email platforms).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience presenting to leadership and global partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM strategy for Epsilon’s MarTech suite and mentor a product marketing team.
• Synthesize complex tech capabilities into buyer-centric narratives to drive revenue.
• Partner with product, sales, marketing, and leadership to shape differentiated value propositions.
