Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Operations to build the operational foundation of its Marketing organization and drive execution across a multi-channel, high-volume portfolio. You will lead planning, governance, and cross-functional alignment with the CMO and senior leaders.

Relocation to Omaha is required for non-local candidates, with a relocation bonus offered. This is a full-time, salaried role offering a generous compensation package and equity potential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, program management, business operations, or related leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience managing complex, high-volume marketing portfolios across multiple channels and concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning across campaigns, product launches, and major cross-functional initiatives.
• Build and manage an integrated roadmap, master calendar, and work-back plans for a full-channel ecosystem producing 200+ assets per month.
• Develop operating rhythms, planning processes, and governance connecting strategy to execution.
