  • Drive budgeting and ROI analysis by connecting marketing investment to revenue impact, recommending spend reallocations, and track CAC payback. Collaborate with the Finance team to prove the revenue impact of our investments.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the entire marketing organization, using data-driven insights to guide campaign strategy, brand investment, and customer lifecycle management.

Advanced Analytics & Insights

  • Develop and deploy sophisticated reporting dashboards and measurement models, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and Lifetime Value (LTV) frameworks to optimize our marketing investments.

  • Develop compelling narratives for leadership through in-depth analysis of data from digital, offline, CRM, and brand channels using visualization tools.
  • Build and maintain our KPI reporting infrastructure, including dashboards that track performance across channels, funnel stages, and customer cohorts.

Marketing Operations & Technology

  • Own the marketing technology stack, leading the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of key platforms like our CDP, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Architect and optimize the end-to-end lead management process, ensuring every marketing qualified lead (MQL) is captured, scored, routed, and actioned efficiently with clear SLAs.
  • Design and optimize campaign workflows, lead scoring models, and funnel tracking with clear SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new tools and processes that unlock scale, automation, and deeper insights for the team.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, attribution, or a related quantitative field.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science).
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in advanced measurement methodologies, including MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, brand lift, LTV modeling, and customer segmentation.
  • Proven ability to manage a modern marketing tech stack, including experience with CDPs, CRM platforms, and automation tools.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extensive experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI. (Experience with Python/R for statistical modeling is a strong plus).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise recommendations for senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
