Senior Director, Marketing & Communications
Marketing for Change is an independent national advertising firm propelled by behavioral science and focused on social change. We are seeking a Senior Director, Marketing & Communications to grow our impact and our portfolio, someone with the network and marketing experience to counsel existing clients and win new ones. This is an ideal role for a leader who brings experience shaping new client relationships, leading high-performing client-facing teams, and directing a portfolio of client campaigns to accelerate impact, especially in the area of health and healthcare.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Salary will be commensurate with experience, with an expected base salary between $150,000 - $170,000 per year.
We are an advertising agency that leverages the power of social psychology, neuroscience and behavioral economics to advance social causes. Founded in 2005, Marketing for Change helps foundations, nonprofits, governments and companies “do good better.” Our 30-plus team includes copywriters, filmmakers, designers, researchers, developers and strategists — not to mention musicians, artists, podcasters, kayakers, and mountaineers. Because that part of life is just as important as work.
Our work hubs are located in Orlando and just outside Washington, DC, and we very much prefer to hire people willing to locate in those areas. We are mostly a hybrid workforce with staff working together in-person at least one day a week because we value the fun and collaboration that allows.
