The Senior Director will lead and implement the US reimbursement strategy for Shockwave’s products, focusing on coding, coverage, and payment for intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) therapy. The role requires expertise in securing access for novel technologies, influencing payor policies, and working with government and market access partners. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred), 15+ years of professional experience with 7+ years in medical device market access/reimbursement, and expertise in US healthcare reimbursement pathways. Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and project management skills are essential. Ability to travel up to 20% is required.
