Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director, Managed Access Programs (MAPs) to shape global strategy and lead implementation across multiple disease areas. You will ensure compliant, ethical access for patients with unmet needs while coordinating with cross-functional teams and local regulators.

The role reports to the Executive Director, MAPs and requires strong strategic thinking, regulatory expertise, and the ability to drive data capture and KPI-driven improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Life Sciences, Patient Access, Pharmacy or Public Health.
• 7+ years in pharma/biotech with at least 3 years in managed access.
• In-depth knowledge of global and local MAP regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the managed access strategy with key partners.
• Lead governance and ensure alignment with country rules and reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute MAP programs and governance.
• Optimize data capture and generate evidence supporting asset value.
• Provide training and foster innovation in MAP approaches.
