The role reports to the Executive Director of Development and includes on-campus presence with hybrid work options. Strong leadership and strategic collaboration are essential.

• Lead the unit's fundraising program and secure six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Develop and manage a focused portfolio of top prospects and donors.
• Align major-gift fundraising with alumni engagement and annual giving.
