Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director to lead the marketing, structuring, and commercialization of macro credit products for institutional clients and internal trading partners.

This role will own end-to-end product development and deliver scalable, tradeable baskets and total return swaps. The ED will be a leading voice in macro credit derivatives, translating market themes into repeatable structures and client-facing analytics, collaborating across trading, sales, legal, risk,

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of macro credit markets including spreads, curves, volatility, correlation, and liquidity dynamics.
• Existing relationships with institutional credit clients and ability to grow those relationships.
• Track record of creating and scaling structured credit products.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with clear risk/return communication.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project leadership and organizational abilities across diverse teams.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory, and documentation frameworks relevant to credit structuring.

Responsibilities

• Market macro credit derivatives to global clients and partner with Sales to expand the client base.
• Design and commercialize standardized portfolios, thematic baskets, and TRS references.
• Author market-facing analytics and client content; develop analytics tools for dislocations and value.
• Support development of quantitative investment strategies that complement the core offering.
• Collaborate across trading, sales, research, legal, compliance, risk, operations, and tech to deliver scalable solutions.
