You will own end-to-end product development, generate market ideas, and collaborate with trading, sales, legal, risk, and technology to set governance and ensure scalable, repeatable structures in macro credit derivatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of macro credit markets and instruments.
• Proven ability to create and scale structured credit products.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• SIE, FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Market macro credit derivatives to global clients and expand the client base.
• Design standardized portfolios and TRS baskets for institutional use.
• Develop client-facing analytics and market commentary.
• Collaborate across trading, sales, legal, risk, and technology to govern risk and compliance.
