Job summary

You will lead proposal development, manage implementation activities, assess risks, build local provider and community relationships, and engage regulators. Travel up to 75% is required, with flexibility for remote, hybrid, field, or office work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business development, sales, government relations, legal affairs, mergers and acquisitions, or investment analysis experience.
• Experience with closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on feasibility or desirability of new business opportunities.
• Assist in development of LTSS product offering and delivery models.
• Develop detailed understanding of market opportunities.
• Lead LTSS opportunities for proposal development including strategy and services.
• Manage activities related to new business implementation with work plans and performance metrics.
• Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports for senior management on progress and metrics.
• Develop licensing objectives, strategies and negotiations for acquisitions of licensing opportunities.
• Direct local business strategy and feasibility studies for expansion markets.
• Develop local provider, advocate and community leader relationships.
• Meet regulators and elected officials when appropriate; prioritize regional initiatives.
• Direct the business planning process and develop timely business plans.
• Ability to travel 75%.
