Qualifications

• Extensive experience across leveraged finance markets, especially BSL and high-yield bonds.
• Strong credit-oriented background from buy-side, sell-side, or ratings-adjacent advisory platforms.
• Proven ability to structure, syndicate and document leveraged loans.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical judgment on complex credit situations and more challenging credits.
• Collaborate with analysts to shape credit views and serve as a senior representative to issuers and market participants.
• Lead and mentor a small Leveraged Finance team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
