Qualifications

• J.D. with active bar admission in at least one US state.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating sophisticated transactions.
• Experience negotiating R&D and commercial service agreements in life sciences and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead post‑execution license, collaboration, M&A and other agreement matters.
• Negotiate a wide range of R&D and commercial agreements and provide transactional counsel.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance issues including HIPAA, FDA, and related guidelines.
