What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the America's specialist organization, enhancing the regional Field sales strategy
- Ensure sales fundamentals are met, including pipeline coverage and win rates
- Provide weekly product-specific forecast updates and coordinate with the AMER region
- Engage as an executive sponsor for strategic deals and key customers
- Develop a repeatable sales approach to drive growth and achieve business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 15 years in software sales with experience engaging at the executive level
- Proven track record in Enterprise software sales, particularly in Kubernetes and data protection
- Experience working within a Specialist + Field sales model
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams, including Field, Renewals, Marketing, and Product
- Excellent written and presentation skills for diverse audiences
