You will oversee audit activities, ensure compliance with standards, and mentor staff in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement as stated in the ad.
• 7 years of related audit experience, including 5 years in a managerial/leadership capacity.
• CIA or CPA or other relevant professional certification as required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct audit activities with planning, alignment, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure audits adhere to professional standards and best practices.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve performance within the Internal Audit function.
• Interact with senior leadership to provide consultation and participate in key initiatives.
• Oversee budget expenditures and scheduling.
