The role requires independence and the ability to provide objective assurance on governance, risk management, and compliance. Key responsibilities include developing a risk-based audit plan, leading audits across manufacturing and distribution,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive audit, accounting, finance, risk management or compliance experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Manufacturing industry experience, including leading operational and financial audits across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan.
• Lead audit activities across manufacturing plants, distribution and international operations.
• Coordinate with Board and Executive Leadership on risk and controls.
• Oversee investigations and ethics programs.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration activities.
