Qualifications
- PhD in biomedical/mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biophysics, or related field.
- 8+ years in injection physiology or related delivery science.
- Experience bridging preclinical science to device/formulation decisions.
- Familiarity with design controls and quality systems.
Responsabilités
- Set scientific direction and multi-year strategy for injection physiology.
- Lead and mentor junior scientists and engineers.
- Collaborate with academia, CROs, and regulators; represent Lilly externally.
