Precision Neuroscience is seeking a Senior Director of Mechanical Engineering and Surgical hardware to lead the implantable brain–computer interface systems. This role directs the implant and surgical hardware teams across the full product lifecycle, from R&D through verification, validation, and deployment.

The position is based in the United States with no remote option and requires legal work authorization in the US.

Formación

• 15+ years in Class III medical implant development and commercialization.
• 5+ years in director-level or higher roles.
• Master's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all Mechanical Engineering and Surgical projects to ensure safety, effectiveness, and delivery on time and budget.
• Define implantable device development practices supporting device roadmap.
• Partner with R&D, Product, and Clinical teams to achieve objectives.
• Review designs and sign off on development plans for implant initiatives.
• Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences to align goals.
• Build and grow ME organization through hiring and team culture.
