Senior Director, Immunology Data & AI Systems, leading efforts to accelerate immunology R&D through advanced data products and AI applications.

Responsibilities

Managing a team to develop scalable data assets across discovery, translational, clinical, and real-world evidence, ensuring integration into enterprise ecosystems, and leading immunology-focused ontology development. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams in R&D Data Science and Digital Health, and engaging with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and impact.

Qualifications

PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Biomedical Engineering, or related, with 10+ years industry experience, demonstrating expertise with high-dimensional immunology datasets (omics, imaging, clinical trials, RWE) and full lifecycle data solutions. Leadership experience in matrixed organizations and knowledge of data products, standards (e.g., FHIR, CDISC), and governance are essential.

Preferred

experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech, familiarity with immunology ontologies, and influencing complex organizations.

Location

The position is based onsite in Spring House PA, Cambridge MA, Titusville NJ, Raritan NJ, or San Diego CA, with occasional travel.
