McKesson seeks a Senior Director of Identity & Access Management to lead enterprise IAM strategy across multi‑cloud and on‑premises environments. You will guide a high‑performing team delivering SSO, MFA, CIAM, and executive risk reporting while shaping scalable identity governance.

Reporting to the CISO, you will drive a multi‑year roadmap, partner with risk, compliance, and product teams, and embed zero‑trust controls while delivering robust identity products and governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of cybersecurity experience with significant depth in identity and access management, engineering and architecture, risk management, compliance, technology.
• Hands-on and leadership experience building an IAM program and leading diverse teams.
• Executive communication to present risk and investment needs to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the IAM vision, multi-year strategy, roadmap, and operating model; hire and lead the IAM organization.
• Oversee SSO, MFA, credential vaulting, identity governance, and privileged access management.
• Design tailored identity solutions for complex deployment scenarios.
• Develop governance metrics, ensure compliance, and remediate non-compliance.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships for enterprise cloud identity migrations and risk reporting.
• Implement ITDR capabilities and strengthen zero-trust identity controls across multi‑cloud environments.
• Drive RBAC, least privilege, and lifecycle workflows across HR, tech, and business teams.
