Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, AND three (3) years experience in a social services agency supervising employment and financial services, adult/child services, or administrative services.
• At least one (1) year of experience must have been as a Department of Human Services Assistant Program Director or Human Services Program Specialist.
• An Associate's Degree with five (5) years of supervisory experience may substitute for the Bachelor's requirement.
