A Fast Growing National chain with 3,300 locations across the country is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partner to support three vice presidents in their Field Operations nationwide. This role reports directly to the VP of Human Resources and offers upward mobility.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting HR operations in Quick Service Restaurant or Convenience Store sectors
• Experience developing and implementing performance management systems like 9-box
• Experience with company-wide, national manpower planning
• Ability to travel extensively (50% or more); residence near a major airline hub required
