Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Director to lead complex healthcare technology engagements, with a focus on MEDITECH implementations, Expanse migrations, and large-scale transformations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, driving successful outcomes and contributing to business development.

You will oversee multi-workstream projects, manage scope, budget, and timelines, and guide teams to deliver measurable results across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle

Competenze

• 10+ years in healthcare technology consulting, program leadership, or healthcare IT.
• 5+ years of MEDITECH experience in hospitals/healthcare systems.
• Proven track record leading enterprise MEDITECH implementations, Expanse migrations, or large-scale transformations.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and engaging with executive/C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and revenue cycle processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive organizational change.

Mansioni

• Serve as executive leader for large-scale MEDITECH implementations, migrations, upgrades, and optimizations, with scope, budget, timeline, and client outcomes oversight.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive and operational stakeholders; provide strategic guidance on MEDITECH and healthcare tech transformation.
• Lead program planning, governance, risk management, staffing, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Provide SME support on MEDITECH applications, workflows, system integration, and implementation methodologies.
• Direct, coach, and develop project teams to foster accountability and client service.
• Partner with client leadership to identify challenges and drive adoption of technology-enabled improvements.
• Contribute to practice growth through sales pursuits, solution development, and capability-building initiatives.
• Leverage industry relationships to identify opportunities and represent Huron as a trusted advisor.
