The role leads property management and occupier services for a large ambulatory real estate portfolio, acting as primary landlord interface for leased facilities and overseeing owned assets.

You will guide strategic initiatives across regions, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance while enhancing occupant experience and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial property management, healthcare experience preferred.
• 5+ years in leadership managing multi-site portfolios.
• Proven skills in tenant/landlord relations and occupier services.
• Experience with budgeting, financial analysis and portfolio optimization.
