Job summary

Aeroflow Health is seeking a Senior Director, Legislative Affairs to lead and oversee government relations initiatives at both federal and state levels. This role requires strategic thinking, bipartisan relationship-building, and strong policy drafting skills to advance patient access and Aeroflow’s strategic objectives.

You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and internal business units to ensure a cohesive advocacy approach while working remotely with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in legislative affairs or public policy with track record of enacting legislation at federal/state level.
• Experience on Capitol Hill or state legislatures strongly preferred.
• Ability to build bipartisan relationships and work across party lines.
• Deep understanding of the legislative process and policy drafting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal and state legislative strategies to expand patient access and protect Aeroflow’s interests.
• Collaborate with industry associations and stakeholders to advance priorities.
• Build bipartisan relationships with lawmakers and staff across chambers.
• Engage with Congressional offices and Administration to educate policymakers on Aeroflow offerings and Medicare/Medicaid impact.
• Monitor legislative trends and identify opportunities or threats; oversee external lobbyists as needed.
