Job summary

Apptronik in Austin seeks a senior product leader to own hardware product management across Apollo, peripherals, and core components. You will bridge robotics engineering, manufacturing, commercialization, and customer-facing teams, deciding which hardware capabilities matter and how they sequence to move pilots toward scaled deployments.

This is not a narrow PM role; you will own the physical platform, shaping what Apollo can do in the field by translating customer needs and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Product leadership experience with complex hardware, robotics, or hardware/software systems.
• Ability to turn technical constraints and market signals into a coherent roadmap.
• Comfort working across engineering, operations, manufacturing, sales, and customers.
• Experience leading or building product teams in a high-ambiguity environment.

Responsibilities

• Define hardware product vision and roadmap for Apollo and related systems.
• Translate customer outcomes, manufacturing constraints, and field needs into product priorities.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing leaders on build, release, and scaling decisions.
• Build the product management function around Apptronik's hardware portfolio.
