The Sr. Director, Growth & Digital Experience is responsible for transforming the WordPress VIP website into a revenue-generating and influential digital destination for decision makers. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy, overseeing performance marketing, and ensuring our website effectively demonstrates WordPress’s capabilities and value proposition.

Reporting to the Head of Brand & Growth, you will manage the entire digital experience across owned and rented properties, focusing on content, positioning, user experience, and conversion optimization. You will also lead performance marketing efforts, including paid social and paid media, and analyze growth metrics to continually improve engagement and conversion rates.

This role requires a strategic visionary who can also execute tactically, with expertise in enterprise growth, channel planning, and optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, improve user journeys, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential to convey the business impact of your initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Website Vision, Strategy, & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to showcase WordPress VIP’s strengths, drive conversions, and optimize user experience.
• Forecasting & Analytics: Collaborate with finance to forecast performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Performance Marketing: Lead multi-channel marketing efforts to acquire enterprise clients and grow engagement.
• Insights & Iteration: Use customer and market insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
• Execution & Accountability: Ensure alignment between strategy and execution, managing resources effectively.
• Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications include experience in growth and digital marketing within high-growth organizations, expertise in digital channels, analytics proficiency, and strong leadership skills. Candidates must reside in North America.
