A healthcare solutions organization is seeking a Senior Director of GPO Operations to lead business process optimization for a joint venture. This role requires extensive experience in GPO operations and contract negotiation, along with strong leadership skills. Senior Director GPO Operations
The Senior Director of GPO Operations will serve as the COO of the joint venture and is responsible for leading business process optimization to meet operational, commercial, and financial key performance indicators. The Director engages in complex negotiation meetings with suppliers, ensures standardization of processes, shares subject matter expertise, and develops colleagues and/or direct reports.
The position will be dedicated to Texas Health Supply Chain Services (THSCS), a joint venture between Premier and Texas Health Resources. The Director will work onsite as required at THSCS in Arlington, TX.

Physical Demands: Sedentary – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Compensation: Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Internal salary range for this role is $141,000 - $234,000. Final salary is dependent upon market factors including but not limited to departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
