Job summary

Booking Holdings in Norwalk, CT, seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Treasury and Platforms to drive the long-term strategy for Treasury, Source-to-Pay, and CLM across the enterprise. This role anchors on governance, transformation, and partner alignment across brands, finance, and tech.

The position requires matrixed leadership across US, NL, India and other locations, with executive-ready updates and strong risk management. Two days in-office under our hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in treasury systems or closely related platform org.
• Strong treasury and procurement business acumen with controls and reporting.
• Proven experience leading cross-brand, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Experience with treasury platforms such as FIS Quantum and FIS Payment Hub.
• Experience with procurement/contract platforms like Ivalua, Conga, Catylex or Legal Tracker.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the 24-48 month enterprise strategy and target operating model for the Treasury and Enterprise Platforms portfolio.
• Lead the Treasury, Treasury Management Systems, Source-to-Pay and CLM portfolios with roadmap, architecture and delivery accountability.
• Define decisions, governance, and resource allocation, with clear escalation paths.
• Build strategic partnerships with Treasury, Procurement, Legal Operations, Finance and Technology leaders.
• Translate strategy into enterprise-wide portfolio decisions and outcomes, removing barriers.
• Lead through senior managers and directors to ensure delivery and operational excellence.
