Job summary

You will build financial models, assess profitability, and prepare audit-ready support for U.S. and global transfer pricing matters, collaborating with Tax, Finance, Legal, and accounting teams to defend positions and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, tax, economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant transfer pricing or international tax experience.
• Strong accounting and financial analysis background.
• Experience with intercompany pricing methods and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• US and Puerto Rico residents only; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, monitoring, and defense of global transfer pricing policies.
• Analyze complex data for transfer pricing conclusions and audit-ready docs.
• Build financial models for intercompany profitability and service allocations.
• Translate data sets into actionable insights for Tax and Finance.
• Coordinate with U.S. and international teams.
• Support transfer pricing analyses for manufacturing, licenses, royalties, and cross-border arrangements.
• Monitor and validate transfer pricing results and methodologies.
• Evaluate intercompany agreements for substance and documentation.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation and respond to tax authority requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and defend positions.
• Improve processes, reporting, controls, and data quality.
• Communicate complex concepts to tax and non-tax audiences.
