Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Security & Crisis Management to lead our global security function. The role reports to the SVP, People & Places Operations and Strategy and will safeguard people, assets, and operations through proactive security and risk management.

The ideal leader combines security expertise with strong business acumen, executive presence, and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Progressive security leadership experience in global orgs.
• Strong knowledge of physical security, risk assessment, crisis management, and business continuity.
• Experience with budgets and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve global corporate security strategy, aligning with business objectives.
• Oversee global physical, travel, event security and GSOC operations.
• Establish scalable policies and processes across a multinational org.
• Drive crisis management, emergency response and business continuity programs.
• Partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to coordinate responses and recovery.
• Develop readiness through simulations, training and continuous improvement.
