Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Senior Director of Procurement Operations & Systems in California to spearhead a modernization of its indirect procurement capabilities. You will architect an automated S2P framework and align procurement with business and technical teams to deliver a digitized user experience.

The role requires 15+ years in procurement or transformation and 6+ years leading strategic systems, with deep knowledge of Coupa, DocuSign, and Apex.

Qualifications

15+ years in Procurement, Finance, or Digital Transformation.
6+ years leadership of strategic systems or process architecture.
Technical mastery in PR systems, vendor onboarding, and CLM (Coupa, DocuSign, Apex).
Exceptional cross-functional leadership across IT, Finance, and Legal.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

Deploy unified front door portal for S2P requests and automate PR creation logic.
Drive connectivity across Coupa PR, Apex, and DocuSign CLM for guided buying.
Modernize tail-spend management with automated quoting tools and Buy and Pay channels.
Lead governance and enterprise change management in procurement modernization.
