What you’ll do:

• Manage all insurance placements for the company globally, including property & casualty, environmental, cyber and all other executive risk lines
• Manage the global actuarial reserving process for auto liability, general liability, workers’ compensation and optional insurance products
• Oversee the use and profitability of multiple offshore captives
• Assess and quantify risk associated with new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain broker and insurer relationships
• Oversee ancillary insurance programs, including licensing and regulatory compliance
• Provide monthly budgeting and allocation of insurance costs
• Review contracts to ensure they are in-line with the company’s guidelines to minimize exposure to the company
• Obtain all documentation and work with adjusters to substantiate insured claims (other than auto and gl claims)
• Oversee workers’ compensation claims and work closely with safety team on claims handling and resolution
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for audit and SoX compliance

You should apply if you bring:

• 10 years of experience in a corporate risk management and/or broker environment
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or Finance
• ARM or CPCU a plus
• Strong interpersonal/ relationship skills; proven ability to build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships
• Strong presentation skills
• Data analytics
