Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Quality or QMS roles within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing global QMS frameworks.
• Strong experience with engineering quality, supplier quality, and audit management.
• Proven track record managing quality in complex, high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise QMS strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead global QMS governance for upstream, midstream, and downstream.
• Own and maintain the corporate QMS framework and standards.
• Drive quality integration into Procurement, engineering, and operational processes.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for quality performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
