Key Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of customer projects, overseeing planning, scoping, and execution.
• Provide guidance on HR Technologies, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management practices to ensure clients meet their business goals.
• Identify, measure, and mitigate risks in customer engagements, making prudent decisions on resources and timelines.
• Report portfolio performance to executive leadership.
• Ensure project actions and deliverables stay within scope.
• Guide technical decisions based on understanding of architecture.
• Coach and mentor Project Managers, supporting their development.
• Be the primary escalation point for project issues, driving solutions.
• Set and review performance goals for your team.
• Manage key metrics to drive progress towards goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in delivering complex software implementations.
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, Agile and Waterfall.
• Understanding of Web Technologies, SaaS, APIs, Java, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS.
• High-level understanding of Cloud Computing and hosted applications.
• Experience with SSO, SSL, SOAP UI/Testing Tools.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM or Kanban teams.
• Customer relationship skills.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources tech is a plus.
• Relevant certifications like PMP, PMI, Scrum are advantageous.

Salary Range

• $155,000 - $175,000 (subject to change).
