Position: Senior Director, Global People Partners

Cision is seeking a Senior Director, Global People Partners to join our evolving People team. This strategic, global role will support the Senior Leadership Team at Cision and PR Newswire. The leader will oversee a team of People Partners, fostering successful partnerships across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with executive and senior leaders globally to understand organizational needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions.
2. Develop global workforce strategies aligned with long-term business plans.
3. Serve as the primary partner for assigned clients, including Executive and Senior Leadership teams, on all matters related to people and culture.
4. Initiate or support high-impact people strategies to enhance business effectiveness.
5. Drive cost-effectiveness by employing relevant strategies and achieving synergy savings.
6. Promote accountability and a performance-driven culture.
7. Act as a change agent during organizational change and transformation.
8. Collaborate with other global People functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 10+ years in progressively senior People Partner roles, preferably in global, technical organizations supporting executives.
2. Experience leading and developing high-performing People Partner teams.
3. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with global tech or SaaS companies, especially outside the Americas (EMEA, APAC).
2. Experience leading organizational transformations and M&A HR processes.
3. Strong communication skills, with ability to influence and present to senior leaders.
4. Proven ability to drive initiatives and build trusted relationships.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
